Policy

At AFRONKART, we strive to provide high-quality products that are carefully checked before shipping. However, in rare cases, issues may occur during transit or due to human error. This policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and cancellations.


1. Damaged Product / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered

If you have received a damaged product, wrong item, or an item with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at afronkart@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear pictures/video of the received product (an unpacking video is mandatory for any complaint).

  3. We will review your case and, if approved:

    • Replacement: The product will be replaced within 5–7 working days (subject to stock availability).

    • Refund: If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 5 business days after deducting applicable shipping charges. Refunds are made via Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or Paytm (No cash refunds).


2. Return Process

If you wish to return a product:

  • You must courier the product to the address mentioned on the parcel.

  • Inform us via call or WhatsApp before dispatching the return.

  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will process your refund as per the policy.


3. Conditions for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:
✅ The product is in original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
✅ All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
✅ The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.


4. Cases Where Return / Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted

Minor Color Variations – Slight differences in shade due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography will not be considered a defect.
(Example: A red product may appear slightly darker or lighter on screen.)
Washed, Worn, or Damaged Products caused after delivery.
Partial Product Returns – Products sold as sets/combo packs cannot be returned as individual items.
Personal Preference – Returns because you “don’t like” the product are not accepted.
Size Issues – Size change requests must be made during the confirmation call. Once shipped, no size changes are allowed.
Altered or Stitched Products – If you stitch or alter an unstitched/semi-stitched product, it is not eligible for return/replacement.
Missing Parts – Product must be returned as a complete set.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing afronkart@gmail.com.

  • If you cannot email, you can inform our team during the order confirmation call.

  • After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Shipping address changes must be requested within 24 hours; after dispatch, no changes can be made.


6. Important Notes

  • All refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, Paytm, or Google Pay only.

  • An unpacking video is mandatory for any complaint regarding damage, missing items, or wrong products.

  • Our goal is to resolve your issue as quickly as possible while ensuring fair practices for both the customer and AFRONKART.
