Shipping Policy

This document sets out the terms and conditions under which AFRONKART (“we” / “our” / “us”) operates this website (www.afronkart.com) and provides services to you (“customer” / “you”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms, which are designed to protect both parties and ensure smooth transactions.


1. General

  • All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur.

  • If an item is unavailable after purchase:

    • We will ship the available items and contact you to choose between waiting for restock or receiving a refund for the unavailable product.

  • In the event of a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days via Bank Transfer, Google Pay, or Paytm.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment.

  • Any express shipping requests may incur additional fees.


3. Returns & Replacements

3.1 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos & unboxing video showing the issue

  • We will arrange:

    • Replacement (within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability)

    • Or Refund (after deducting applicable shipping charges, within 5 working days)


3.2 Change of Mind

  • We do not accept returns simply due to change of mind. However, if approved as an exceptional case:

    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Return shipping will be at customer’s expense.

    • Refund will be processed as store credit only.


3.3 Size & Color Issues

  • Size changes must be requested at order confirmation stage. Once shipped, size changes are not possible.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen display are not considered defects.

  • Example: A red item may appear slightly maroon or orange depending on your device screen.

  • If you ordered a completely different color than received (e.g., ordered pink, got black), return will be accepted.


3.4 Products Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

❌ Washed, used, worn, or damaged products after delivery
❌ Products with missing parts/accessories
❌ Altered or stitched garments (if originally sent unstitched/semi-stitched)
❌ Combo sets returned partially
❌ “Not liking the product” as a reason
❌ Damage caused after delivery by customer


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

4.2 Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders placed before 5 PM are generally dispatched the same day.

  • Orders after 2 PM are shipped the next business day.

  • No dispatch on Sundays or national holidays.

4.3 Change of Address

  • Address changes can be made only before dispatch by emailing or WhatsApping our team.

4.4 Delivery Delays

  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time, contact our support so we can investigate with the courier.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged, reject it and notify us immediately.

  • If damage is found after delivery, share an unboxing video within 24 hours.


7. Taxes & Duties

  • All product prices are inclusive of GST for Indian orders.

  • For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply as per destination country rules. Customers are responsible for these charges.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing support@afronkart.com.

  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.


9. Insurance

  • All shipments are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value by the courier.

  • Refunds/replacements will be processed after courier investigation is complete.
